Direct Plug in Harness for LS1 into GU Patrol Series 1-3 ALL Engines.
After much research and development we are finally ready to offer our GU Plug in LS1 kits. This will suit all GU Series 1 to 3 Patrols including ZD30, TB45, TD42 RD28 models.
Complete LS patrol wiring Kit comes with all the required electrical items including replacement Water Temp sensors and Oil Pressure Light switches to install into your LS swapped patrol to retain factory dash function, fuses and relays to power 2x dual speed fans and an EFI high pressure pump. We can also recalibrate your PCM (ECU) to ensure full dash functionality including Tachometer, Speedometer, Engine Malfunction Indicator (Engine Light). Retains factory A/C controls and all A/C functionality as well as all factory Key functions.

- Retains factory OBD2 Connector (Where Applicable)
- Mounts PCM (ECU) behind dash protected from Mud, Water & Heat.
- FULL A/C Functionality with no additional wiring
- Roughly 2 hours of install time required with a full installation manual included.
- Designed to suit most common conversion kits (Marks Adapters, Castlemaine Rod Shop etc) that mount the Alt High on Passenger side.
- Fiberglass Heat Shield on all high heat exposure branches.
- Fuse and Relay Box designed to sit on inner drivers wing near brake booster which contains
- 30a of Fuel Pump Power
- 70a of Thermo Fan Wiring including 2 speed fan control
- Midi fuses for Thermo fans to minimize voltage drop
- Speed input spliced into PCM to enable lean cruise, deceleration fuel cut, long term fuel trims and eliminate stalling under decel or when out 4wding which is a common issue with LS Patrols.
We are also offering a Starter/Alternator Cable Kit - This suits High mounted Passenger side Alts, The Kit contains the following;
- Unilug Two Up, High Quality forged Aussie Made terminals & Covers
- Techflex Nylon braided sheath
- Thick B&S Positive cables pre crimped for the Starter + Post & Alternator + Post with Terminal Boot for the Alt & Nylon Heat Protection for the Starter
- Thick Body & Block Earths pre crimped
We recommend pairing this Combo with one of our PCM Reprograms which removes VATS, changes the Fan Control Temps, Disables and Enables certain engine codes and uses a Speed Density (MAFless) Operating system.
To Complete this, we require you to send in your Factory LS1 Loom & Computer & your original Patrol engine & transmission harnesses

- The above is based on using the Patrol manual transmission, if you're using the RE4 auto, you will need to fully manualize it or use a standalone controller. The LS1 PCM cannot control an RE4
- VZ FBW Engines will incur an additional charge
